Mr E J MORGAN presided at the annual parish meeting at Calstock. Mr BAWDEN reported that the estimated cost for the new Latchley bridge with approaches was £1,200. His Grace the Duke of Bedford had promised land and a liberal subscription. The Devon County Council had voted £300 and it was hoped that Cornwall County Council would vote a similar sum."
